Google Pays Thieves
After the launch of Google Knol, Aaron Wall of SEO Book.com takes a scalpel to the service and observes that Google might be favouring content produced in-house. First he points to an experiment of Danny Sullivan (of search engine land), and concludes that, “[...] from the above data and the aggressive promotion of YouTube content after the roll out of universal search it is fair to state that house content is favored by the Google algorithm.”
Will Google new custom revelations impact SEO?
Google will begin letting users know when it has based their search results on their recent search history and location.
A notification will appear in the top right hand corner of the results page offering users some insight into why they have ended up with the results that they have.
Whether or not this will change things for businesses using search engine marketing remains to be seen.

Site database error
This site went down yesterday due to a database connection error for no rhyme or reason. Had to restore from a backup. Luckily I had one although not very up to date.
